When you use the order concierge or place an order, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, shipping or delivery address, order requirements, garment selections, messages, uploaded artwork, approval decisions, and order or shipment status.

Tayloredmade does not ask you to enter payment-card numbers in the order chat. Payment and invoice transactions are handled through the payment provider linked from your invoice. Tayloredmade may retain transaction references and payment status needed to manage the order and business records.

We use customer information to prepare quotes, communicate about orders, create and review designs, source garments, fulfill and ship orders, provide order-status updates, maintain business and security records, support reorders, and respond to customer questions or requested corrections.

We use service providers for hosting and data storage, payment processing, transactional email, AI-assisted order intake and workflow support, garment sourcing, and shipping or tracking. We share only the information reasonably needed for those services to support your order.

Customer artwork and production files are treated as order records. Customer-facing previews use private or time-limited access where supported by the system. Reorder features may reference previously approved artwork so you can order the same design again.

We keep order information as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, maintain transaction and business records, support customer service and reorders, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact Tayloredmade to request a correction or ask about your information. Some transaction or business records may need to be retained even after a request.

We use access controls, signed customer links, rate limits, private storage patterns, and other safeguards designed to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
