Custom Order Terms

Submitting an order request starts Tayloredmade's review. It does not by itself guarantee availability, price, production, or a requested completion date. Final pricing and the production scope are confirmed before payment and production.

Blank garment inventory and supplier availability can change. Tayloredmade will not silently substitute a different garment. When the selected blank is unavailable or materially different, a replacement option must be reviewed before it is used.

When approval is required, review the design, wording, spelling, garment, color, print location, size, quantity, and placement carefully. Production follows the approved order and proof record. A changed garment or changed design may require a new proof.

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the requested order. Tayloredmade may request a higher-quality or different file when the supplied artwork is not suitable for the requested print size or production method.

Production begins only after the required approvals and payment steps for the order are complete. Changes requested after approval or payment may affect pricing, garment availability, timing, or whether a new proof is required.

A requested deadline is reviewed with the order and is not a guaranteed completion or carrier-delivery date unless Tayloredmade confirms it. Supplier and carrier delays may affect timing. Shipment tracking reflects the latest carrier information available to the order system.

Cancellation, refund, correction, and exception requests are reviewed by the owner based on the order's current stage and circumstances. The website chatbot cannot approve a cancellation, refund, payment change, or policy exception. A request is not complete until Tayloredmade confirms the outcome.

A reorder may reuse the artwork previously approved for the original order, but current garment availability, pricing, fulfillment details, and production requirements are checked again before the new order moves forward.
